3. How to Enter: There is no purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. PST on November 3 and continues through 5:00 p.m. PST on November 30 (the “Entry Period”). There are four (4) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: registration on the Sponsor’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or YouTube. Persons eligible to enter should log in to the Sponsor’s Facebook, Sponsor’s Instagram, Sponsor’s Twitter or Sponsor’s YouTube and follow instructions found on the giveaway post. On Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, post and tag the DEVELON North America account in an image of DEVELON-branded equipment. You may also reply/comment with your image on the original post or send us a private message with your image. On Youtube, tag DEVELON in a video featuring DEVELON-branded equipment. Doosan branding cannot be present in any image or video. Any disputes regarding ownership of any Entry will be resolved by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All Entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete or that contain errors are void. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. No other entry method will be accepted.
4. Prizes: The Prize set forth in the Sweepstakes will be the only Prize made available for the Sweepstakes (“Prize”). The Prize is one (1) DEVELON gift card valued at $50. Up to 20 winners will be chosen.

Prize Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release the Sponsor and each of its parent, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by any Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of Prize awarded. No substitution or transfer of Prize or election of cash in lieu of Prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any part of the Prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the Prize (or any component thereof) is not available. Winner(s) may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form provided to them to be returned within 48 hours of written notification, or Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Winner(s) may also be required to disclose his/her social security number for the purpose of issuance of a 1099 Form for tax purposes. Each winner(s) is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and/or any other fees/costs associated with the Prize or receipt of the Prize. By accepting a Prize, winners grant permission for the Sponsor and entities acting under its authority to use their name, and address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes, in any and all media (including posting on Web Site) now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without further notice to and without additional compensation. General Conditions: By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, the Winner grants to the Sponsor and each of its parent, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon the Sponsor's request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the Winner's full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE(S). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules. By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers, Prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s). Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor has not made and is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the Prize.

Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any wireless telephone network, wireless signal coverage or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, postal or other mail services, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading or mailing any materials in this Sweepstakes. In the event it is unclear who the Winner(s) are, based upon submission of a mobile phone and/or e-mail address, the authorized account holder of such mobile phone and/or e-mail address submitted at time of entry shall be declared the Winner(s). Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a mobile phone account and/or e-mail address by a wireless telephone carrier and/or Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your e-mail address and/or mobile phone number, Entrants hereby agree to the Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Changes to General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate these General Conditions or Official Rules for any reason at any time without notice and without liability to you or any third party. The Sponsor shall have the right to resolve in its sole discretion any disputes as it sees fit. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube, or any of their affiliated companies.
