A futuristic excavator on display draws a crowd of visitors to the DEVELON exhibit at CES 2024.

The construction technology of tomorrow was displayed in the DEVELON exhibit at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 in Las Vegas.

Operating an unmanned wheel loader from 2,000 miles away isn’t something from a sci-fi flick. The technology is here today, as visitors to the DEVELON booth at CES 2024 in Las Vegas experienced first-hand at our Xite (site) experience.

The DEVELON Concept-X2 autonomous dozer is displayed at CES 2024.

Future Technologies on Display at CES

AI upgrades job site safety.

DEVELON is using artificial intelligence to make job sites safer. Object-detection technology automatically stops your machine when people or objects are within a certain range. And AI can help take the guesswork out of site planning by instantly analyzing your equipment, environment and application for optimal productivity and safety.

Manning machines from anywhere.

CES attendees witnessed an operator in Las Vegas control a DEVELON wheel loader located 2,000 miles away in Georgia. Autonomous equipment is in its infancy, but DEVELON is actively working with tech giants like Gravis Robotics and Google to drive innovation.

Powering sustainable job sites.

The DEVELON Zero Xite display at CES demonstrated our commitment to achieving zero-carbon emissions using hydrogen and electric energy sources.

Our Xite innovations are proof that DEVELON is leading the construction industry’s transformation toward building a safer, more sustainable future.
