High Performance in Demanding Applications

The 3.3-cubic-yard DL250-7P articulating wheel loader offers exceptional lift heights, larger counterweight and generous bucket capacities to help you power through the heaviest loads. A standard Z-bar lift arm delivers excellent breakout force for digging in tough materials.

A high-lift option maximizes dumping height. Ideal for heavy lifting in construction and ag applications, it offers rapid bucket movement and proper angle positioning for precision performance. The standard ride control improves stability while moving to reduce material loss. Use the quick coupler to quickly change non-hydraulic attachments without leaving your seat.

Built-in Durability for All-Day Productivity

The DEVELON DL250-7P wheel loader’s durable components help improve uptime and productivity on tough construction job sites.

An above-center pivot-type axle offers a smoother ride and improved traction. A reinforced box frame provides rigidity for improved structural life. Large self-centering, double-tapered roller bearings distribute loads over a larger area. Wider radiator fin spacing and a standard reversible fan clear dirt, dust and other debris to reduce clogging. A standard plug heater reduces engine wear and improves fuel efficiency. Brakes on the outboard hub help extend the brake discs’ lifetime.

Redesigned Cab. Revitalized Productivity.

The cab interior has been redesigned for a roomier, quieter and more comfortable environment.

Frequently used controls are within easy reach. Total glass area is 14% larger than on the previous model and a full glass door improves visibility on the left side. A rearview camera is standard; the view appears on the DEVELON Smart Touch display — along with other important machine information.

A DEVELON-exclusive Transparent Bucket is standard, providing a supplemental view through the bucket from an in-cab display.

Other upgrades include an automatic heating and cooling system, optional electronic steering and air suspension seat.

Easy, Convenient Maintenance

The DL250-7P offers convenient component access, centralized lubrication points and accessible fluid-level checks. The diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank is located at the rear of the machine for easier access to install wing plows. Dust seals and covers are vented to prevent grease overfill. A polymer fender protects the wheel well from dirt and debris.

MY DEVELON fleet management is standard for monitoring and managing machine maintenance. Monitor fleet status, machine location, operating hours, fuel usage, error codes, engine and hydraulic oil temperature and various other data points from the user-friendly mobile app or website.

Lower Fuel Costs Without Sacrificing Productivity

Fuel-saving features are included with the DL250-7P, including automatic transmission modes that shift gears to maximize efficiency and standard auto idle and auto shutdown features.

To comply with Tier 4 emissions standards, the DL250-7P incorporates a high-pressure common-rail (HPCR) fuel delivery system as well as cooled exhaust gas recirculation (CEGR), combined with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and selective catalyst reduction (SCR) with DEF.
